About Maci Westrom
Maci was born and raised in the Sacramento area of California, where she developed a strong appreciation for community, hard work, and helping others. One of the reasons she enjoys working at Bright Lake is the family-like environment that is intentionally fostered for both clients and team members. She says it is incredibly rewarding to be part of an organization that not only supports one another but also helps families navigate one of life’s biggest stressors—finances—with compassion and care.
She is passionate about creating exceptional client and team experiences by fostering a positive, welcoming environment. She believes that bringing joy and ease to every interaction helps build strong relationships and lasting trust. At the same time, Maci prioritizes efficiency, organization, and attention to detail to ensure everything runs smoothly. She believes that perseverance is the key to success. Her goal is to create an experience where both clients and colleagues feel supported, valued, and confident.
Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, staying active in any way she can, and spending quality time with her family.
